Facilities
In keeping with our simple yet elegant style, Nyumbu camp is w ild, yet with refined gentle class. Without compromising our service standards, the tented camp offers guests an opportunity to get closer to nature in style.
Amenitites & Facilites Include:
- Tents with twin or double beds
- All tents with ensuite eco-friendly toilet and verandah
- Hot shower system
- Solar lights within the tents
- Fresh, wholesomes high quality food.
- Laundry service (at minimum cost)
- Early morning call with tea or coffee.
- Telephone and email by arrangement.
- All weather airstrip 23 kms away.
- Scheduled flights twice daily from Nairobi (at extra cost)
- Private charter available on request
POWER & LIGHT
There is no main power, however we do have 24 - hour power supply in the tents through intergrated solar system. There is inverter system off the generator (Batteries can also be charged on this system) and our refrigeration uses gas.
